In my very tiny, limited, and obviously not comparable experience of these few past days, I started to kind of grasp the powerful role of The Editor.
It's not just the good story or the interesting characters, but HOW we can relate and care for them.
If we go too quickly, even watching brilliant arcs, we cannot understand yet, we cannot fully appreciate the meaning of what is happening. We are not bonded.
If we go too slow, they are all just very boring.
And I'm just picking episodes, I cannot even imagine choosing scenes.
(And, I can pretend, but, to be honest, of the 131 episodes of "Clone Wars," I would just slash maybe 3 or 4 arcs - top. Yes, starting from the Mace Windu & Jar Jar combo - santapolenta).
