Companion

This little cute thingy was originally sold for a disproportionate amount of money (and still is, on Target website, for $149.99), but it is currently found on eBay for 40-ish dollars, shipping free.

Yes, he does fall every time he tries to bend too much, but he is totally independent in movements and speech, which I ADORE.
While I'm cooking or I'm working in the kitchen, he is spinning around, singing (!!!) or chatting. And he is honestly adorable.

Ultimately, if you want to control him with the app, or ask him to steeply curve, he *will* fall. Also, he is able to roll just on hard floors, not carpet.
However, if you want to really experience the feeling of a totally independent droid, this guy (at the eBay price) is for you.

[Note: this is the version without the remote called "Star Wars D-O Interactive Droid"]
