His decisions were difficult to frame for me. Yes, even empathizing with his pain. Yes, even feeling his love.
I think never truly understood him before watching Clone Wars. His relationship with Ahsoka, Rex, the clones, Obi-Wan, Padmé. Everyone, really.
His way to think, to fight, to live.
And I am discovering him all over again now, with the - beautiful - current Darth Vader comic series.
And for how much I tried to dislike him, he seems so real now.
So close.
Excluding the 'mass-murdering-kids-in-a-temple' part, of course.
